Remote Recruitment was looking for a Business Development Consultant - Recruitment

At Remote Recruitment, we are hiring a Business Development Consultant - Recruitment. This is a pure business development role focused on winning qualified contract opportunities for our recruitment delivery and sourcing team. You will focus entirely on revenue generation and client acquisition.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify, target, and engage new client prospects across IT, Technology, and Security markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, decision-makers, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Secure new clients and win placement onto Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs).
  • Qualify contract opportunities and hand them over to the sourcing and delivery team.
  • Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and contract growth.
  • Consistently meet and exceed agreed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment business development, with a strong focus on contract recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in winning new clients and securing long-term agreements.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive, resilient, and self-motivated sales mindset.
  • Experience using and understanding go-to-market (GTM) tools, processes, and sales functions.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of IT, Technology, or Security markets.

Team & Environment

Work closely with the experienced delivery team.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally.
