Conversica is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to play a key role in our growth. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities in the US market.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within target accounts
  • Conduct outreach and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a business development or inside sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
