As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organization. You'll build and maintain analytics systems that turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, enabling teams to make informed decisions. Your work will directly influence strategy and operations by delivering accurate, timely reporting through intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end analytics solutions that support business growth and efficiency
- Combine data from disparate sources, ensuring integrity, consistency, and reliability
- Create interactive reports and dashboards that simplify complex information for stakeholders
- Collaborate with data engineers to develop scalable data models and schemas
- Integrate BI outputs, including Looker, into internal platforms and applications
- Explore innovative analytics methods, particularly within healthcare contexts
- Maintain and improve internal analytical tools to support ongoing business needs
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of four years of experience in business intelligence or reporting roles
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, particularly with AWS Redshift, and strong experience with Python
- Deep knowledge of Looker, including advanced LookML and performance optimization
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Glue, S3, Lambda, and SageMaker
- Solid foundation in data modeling, data governance, and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on collaboration and iteration
- Demonstrated ability to resolve data discrepancies and manage competing priorities
- Degree or advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, computer science, or engineering

Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a salary range of $91,000 to $114,000, commensurate with experience.
