About the Role

Role Overview

This position is for a detail-oriented analyst passionate about turning raw data into meaningful business guidance. You'll work fully remotely, collaborating with teams across finance, collections, and operations to build reliable reporting systems and solve data challenges using SQL and modern BI tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a go-to resource for data accuracy and reporting logic across multiple business units
  • Design and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to meet evolving business needs
  • Develop, deploy, and support interactive dashboards used by leadership and operational teams
  • Identify patterns in data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine reporting requirements and improve data quality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of four years of hands-on experience with SQL programming
  • Proven track record creating business intelligence reports using platforms such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
  • Strong analytical mindset with consistent attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and question existing assumptions
  • Skilled at interpreting data to extract timely insights
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Skills

Not required, but advantageous:

  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis

Technology Environment

You'll work primarily with SQL and leading BI platforms including Looker, Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
