Aledade is hiring a Business Intelligence Manager to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role sits within our Analytics – Business Intelligence department and is pivotal for advancing our analytical capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage business intelligence projects from conception to delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and build analytical frameworks
- Design and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and reports
- Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing business intelligence or analytics teams and projects
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools, and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance measurement
