Role Overview
This position empowers data-driven strategy within the Protective Underwear category by delivering clear analytics, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The Category Specialist turns complex datasets into meaningful insights that guide planning, investment decisions, and operational improvements across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage performance dashboards that connect category outcomes with quality, production, and financial indicators to support strategic oversight
- Examine market dynamics, supplier performance, and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and integrate findings into executive reviews and strategic updates for senior leadership
- Coordinate input collection from Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Product Design to ensure aligned planning assumptions
- Act as a bridge between category leadership, manufacturing units, and commercial teams to align on material trends, innovation priorities, and operational impacts
- Use data insights to inform project prioritization and investment recommendations
- Convert analytical findings into structured business cases that support project planning and tracking
- Manage the category’s project portfolio by maintaining documentation, tools, and governance standards
- Monitor resource demands, timelines, and business impacts across key initiatives, flagging potential risks early
- Lead cross-functional roadmap projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals, strategic objectives, and stakeholder expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, marketing, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, supply chain, procurement, finance, or similar roles
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable conclusions
- High level of accuracy, organization, and professional integrity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
