As a Channel Marketing Graduate, you’ll help strengthen a leading technology brand’s presence across key retail channels in Norway. You'll play an integral role in planning and delivering marketing initiatives that align with sales objectives and enhance brand visibility in both physical and online stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with retail partners to design quarterly marketing strategies that support sales goals and maintain strategic alignment
- Lead the rollout of product launches and seasonal campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution across all touchpoints
- Manage marketing budgets with a focus on maximizing return, reallocating funds where needed to boost performance
- Negotiate and monitor brand visibility in partner advertising to reflect market position
- Ensure retail environments consistently display up-to-date branding and promotional materials
- Analyze campaign performance and sales data to generate insights that guide future decisions
- Serve as the main marketing contact between internal teams and retail partners, fostering strong working relationships
Qualifications
You hold a recent bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience is not mandatory, but internships or part-time roles in marketing, retail, or sales are valued. Proficiency in MS Office—especially Excel for data handling and PowerPoint for reporting—is essential.
A self-starter mindset is crucial. You take initiative, embrace challenges, and are eager to grow within a fast-moving, international environment.
Work Environment
This role operates under a hybrid model, with three days per week in-office and two days remote, supporting a balanced and flexible work life. Based in Norway, you’ll collaborate across teams and partners to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
