Lead the design and implementation of enterprise cloud solutions as a senior technical authority in DevOps and cloud architecture. This role focuses on shaping strategic direction, integrating emerging technologies such as AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing, and solving high-complexity engineering challenges for mission-critical federal clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and guide the evolution of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices across large-scale environments
- Conduct technical planning, system integration, and risk analysis for end-to-end cloud systems
- Analyze performance metrics and workflows to optimize tooling, automation, and deployment pipelines
- Resolve deep technical issues related to system functionality, scalability, and configuration
- Support rapid iteration cycles, enabling fast deployment of updates and responsive feedback integration
- Provide thought leadership and serve as a technical advisor across engineering teams
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in enterprise cloud environments and possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 12 years supporting large-scale cloud or infrastructure platforms
- One or more cloud platform certifications and IAT Level 2 certification
- An active Secret security clearance or higher
- Experience operating within regulated environments with strict compliance and documentation standards
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity at client sites near Boston, MA
Preference will be given to those with direct experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community programs and mission-critical systems.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $227,000 annually, with additional equity through employee ownership. The role supports hybrid work arrangements based near Boston, MA.
