As a Cloud Backend Engineer, you'll play a key role in maintaining and advancing a large-scale, open-source cloud platform. You’ll tackle operational complexities head-on, from implementing critical changes to diagnosing deep-rooted issues and designing preventive solutions that eliminate recurring work.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and optimize backend systems in a hyperscale cloud environment, taking full ownership of change execution and root cause analysis.
- Work directly with infrastructure—command-line access, hardware interaction, and real-time troubleshooting are part of your routine.
- Contribute to project deployments and the launch of new capabilities that enhance the platform’s functionality and reliability.
- Build and refine automation workflows using modern tools to reduce manual effort and increase system resilience.

What We Need
- 2–5 years of practical experience with cloud technologies and backend systems.
- Strong command of Linux environments and networking fundamentals.
