Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Engineer at Level 2 or above to support and manage multi-cloud public infrastructure for enterprise clients. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and performance of cloud environments while working within a structured operational framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced technical support for public cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OVH, and occasionally Microsoft Azure
- Handle incident resolution and service requests using ITSM tools, following ITIL guidelines
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based cloud systems
- Perform routine operational tasks such as system monitoring, backup validation, patch management, and health checks
- Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues at the IaaS and PaaS layers
- Develop and keep technical documentation accurate and up to date
- Enforce cloud security standards and promote operational excellence
- Take part in technical reviews and client-facing governance meetings
- Work closely with project teams during implementation and system evolution phases
- Support advisory initiatives by sharing cloud expertise
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
Technology Environment
Experience with a combination of AWS, GCP, OCI, OVH, and Azure is essential. Familiarity with ITSM platforms and adherence to ITIL processes are required. The role demands strong Linux system administration skills and a solid understanding of cloud infrastructure operations.
Work Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid model, with team locations based in Saint-Cloud, Lille, Nantes, Rennes, and Lyon. You will collaborate across sites while benefiting from flexible on-site and remote arrangements.
