Responsibilities
- Execute DevOps tasks for gLB including PSA procedures such as SDSK, IT checklists, and BC/DR testing
- Manage budget planning activities
- Maintain comprehensive documentation
- Plan and design lifecycle initiatives
- Implement software and firmware updates
- Oversee security management as part of lifecycle activities
- Manage data backup and deletion processes
- Support Incident Management within ITIL framework
- Support Problem Management within ITIL framework
- Support Change Management within ITIL framework
- Support Configuration Management within ITIL framework
- Deliver performance metrics
- Monitor systems and support first-line teams
- Conduct proactive monitoring of network elements
- Manage system vulnerabilities
- Develop and implement automation solutions
- Participate in on-call rotations approximately every 5 to 7 weeks
- Perform occasional night shifts to implement network changes
