You will play a key role in shaping how commercial data is understood and used across the organization. By working directly with Sales and Customer Success teams, you'll manage incoming data requests, ensure data quality, and deliver clear, actionable outputs that support business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze deal progression, proof-of-concept outcomes, and sales cycle duration to uncover trends and bottlenecks
- Manage and prioritize incoming data needs from commercial teams, ensuring timely delivery
- Support analytical collaboration with US-based teams following recent integration activities
- Structure and maintain reliable datasets to enable forecasting, regression modeling, and performance tracking
- Identify opportunities where AI can streamline repetitive analysis and improve efficiency
- Partner with the broader BI team on shared data infrastructure and operational reporting tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Strong analytical mindset with practical experience in commercial environments
- Familiarity with CRM data flows and how they reflect real-world sales outcomes
- Skill in asking the right questions to uncover business meaning in data
- Advanced Excel proficiency with a track record of independent problem-solving
- Hands-on experience using SQL to extract and shape data
- Practical understanding of AI tools and where they add value in data workflows
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and balance multiple stakeholder demands
- Self-direction in a results-focused, low-micromanagement culture
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Background using Python or R for statistical analysis
- Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models
