Experience in Non-Profit Human Services underwriting is highly valued. Professional designations such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or credentials from the Insurance Institute of America (IIA) are considered strong advantages.

Compensation & Benefits

Additional benefits include a 401(K) plan with up to 6% company match, comprehensive health and wellness coverage, disability and life insurance, educational assistance, and a generous paid time off policy that includes personal, holiday, and volunteer leave.

Flexible work schedules and hybrid or remote work options are available for qualifying positions. The role is hybrid, with preference given to candidates within 30 miles of the company’s home office. Initial training may require more frequent in-office presence.
