Shape the future of educator development by designing and refining interactive simulations that reflect real classroom challenges. In this role, you'll create dynamic, human-facilitated and AI-driven scenarios grounded in research, helping teachers and school leaders build essential skills through practice in lifelike environments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and coordination of education-focused simulations, ensuring alignment with learning goals, timelines, and scientific frameworks.
- Develop realistic storylines and dialogue that mirror actual school settings, supporting the practice of interpersonal and instructional competencies.
- Create clear, participant-ready materials and client-facing content that communicate the purpose and value of each simulation.
- Define assessment criteria to enable accurate AI feedback and measurable performance insights for clients.
- Train and support simulation facilitators to deliver consistent, authentic experiences in live sessions.
- Test, evaluate, and improve simulations using data, stakeholder input, and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to refine design specifications and ensure relevance across diverse educational contexts.
