Responsibilities
- Evaluate county and regional data to detect issues and ensure adherence to federal and state guidelines.
- Lead quality assessments, county program evaluations, and other systematic reviews.
- Analyze and report on quantitative and qualitative data, create dashboards, and coordinate with local agencies for sampling.
- Supervise record reviews and ensure compliance with CQI protocols.
- Facilitate meetings with regional and county staff to address performance issues.
- Provide policy guidance, interpret regulations, and support counties in implementing corrective actions.
- Review agency operations for compliance, attend audits, and ensure all required notices are completed.
- Conduct inspections, report findings, and assist with corrective measures related to IRS security.
- Collaborate with counties to redesign processes, implement improvement strategies, and monitor progress.
- Allocate resources, oversee the implementation of CQI plans, and replicate successful strategies across regions.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution and four years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution and six years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in compliance monitoring, program reviews, and resource management
- Experience with the state's Child Support Program and use of the Automated Collection and Tracking System
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating programs and developing reports
- Knowledge of federal regulations, state statutes, policies, and procedures governing child support services
