Responsibilities

  • Review incoming revenue contract requests submitted by project managers for completeness.
  • Evaluate contract terms and conditions to confirm accuracy and compliance.
  • Flag potential risks or ambiguous clauses and escalate them for resolution.
  • Use Workday to store, track, and manage contract records efficiently.
  • Enter contract details into systems with precision and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Track projects at risk and advise operations on steps needed to transition them into billable status.
  • Compare active contract values against recognized revenue, ensuring timely change orders to sustain revenue continuity.
  • Produce contract-related reports upon request.
  • Assist leadership with revenue data analysis and investigative support.
  • Communicate updates, clarifications, and approval statuses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries about the revenue contract setup workflow.
  • Identify ways to enhance the speed and accuracy of contract processing.
  • Help develop and roll out improved procedures and best practices for contract management.
