Requirements
- 5+ years in project management, program management, or People Operations.
- You run cross-functional programs in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through.
- You manage competing priorities without losing clarity or pace.
- A clear communicator who works well with leaders at all levels.
- The ability to drive People programs across promotions, performance, merit, and surveys.
- Strong follow-through across cross-functional partners including HR, Compensation, Analytics, Payroll, and business leaders.
- Help planning and executing engagement or pulse survey cycles, including timelines, communications, and follow-up actions.
- A builder of project plans, trackers, timelines, milestones, and action logs.

- This is a contractor role.
- The role is contingent upon the applicant being eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
- Due to U.S. export laws, including those codified in the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the Company is required to ensure compliance with these laws when transferring technology to nationals of certain countries (such as EAR Country Groups D:1, E1, and E2).
