As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will drive enterprise growth in New Zealand by partnering with the country’s largest farming organizations. Your focus will be on understanding operational structures, identifying challenges, and aligning technology solutions to meet strategic goals across farm and board levels.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
You will manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial discovery through procurement and contract finalization. By building trust with key decision-makers, you’ll guide stakeholders toward adoption and long-term value realization. Your ability to create urgency and navigate multi-layered organizations will be essential in closing high-impact deals.
Relationship Development
Success in this role depends on cultivating strong connections across divisions, leadership tiers, and geographic regions. You’ll engage with operational leaders, board members, and influencers to uncover new opportunities and expand existing accounts. Active participation in industry events and community networks will enhance your visibility and strengthen market presence.
Collaboration & Innovation
You’ll work closely with account managers, product teams, and support functions to ensure seamless delivery and customer success. Input from customer interactions will inform improvements in sales playbooks, pipeline management, and commercial strategies. You’ll also contribute to building scalable systems that enable efficient growth across the enterprise segment.
Qualifications & Mindset
