As a Credit Analyst, you will play a key role in refining and advancing unsecured lending strategies for personal loans and financial health products. Your work will center on analyzing customer data to identify trends, assess risk, and inform strategic decisions that balance growth with portfolio stability.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze lending data to uncover insights that improve credit underwriting and support sustainable growth
- Develop and maintain predictive credit models to evaluate the net present value of new customer cohorts
- Monitor portfolio performance over time and iterate on strategies to enhance outcomes
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to implement data-informed changes to lending products
- Design and maintain databases and dashboards that enable fast, informed decision-making
- Support the launch of new products and customer journeys by assessing risk and economic impact
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in unsecured retail lending, such as personal loans, credit cards, or buy-now-pay-later products
- Familiarity with UK lending regulations and the economic drivers of lending performance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL; Python and Looker experience are advantageous
- Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with a focus on iteration and improvement
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: £58,000–£78,000, plus performance-linked incentive awards
