About the Role

Role Overview

This position is responsible for transforming customer experience data into meaningful insights that guide business decisions. By analyzing both structured and unstructured data, the analyst identifies patterns, pain points, and opportunities to improve customer interactions and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret complex datasets and build data models to generate actionable insights.
  • Create intuitive visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel functionalities such as Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Translate survey outcomes and operational metrics into strategic recommendations.
  • Identify root causes behind customer experience trends and assess their impact on performance.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand analytical needs and define reporting requirements.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including internal systems and secondary research platforms like Qualtrics.
  • Automate reporting workflows to reduce manual processes and increase accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support governance and best practices for data visualization across departments.
  • Partner with data engineering and IT teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and system connectivity.
  • Stay current with internal research and analytical initiatives to leverage shared knowledge.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates, challenges, and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field is required. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in customer insights, marketing research, financial analysis, or a similar role involving large datasets, business analytics, and data visualization tools.

Power BI, Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query), Qualtrics

Work Model

This is a hybrid role with primary locations in Dallas, TX; Las Vegas, NV; and Atlanta, GA. Employees are expected to work on-site 2–3 days per week to support collaboration and team engagement.
