Responsibilities
- Process incoming data and source documents by organizing, interpreting, and validating information for accurate entry.
- Offer basic technical support and suggest appropriate resolutions to inquiries.
- Manage both digital and physical records of applications, rebate submissions, and related documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and departments to support customer needs.
- Handle customer service tasks including responding to emails and phone inquiries.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 6 to 12 months of experience in a call center or similar customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated interest in environmental sustainability and a drive to contribute to positive environmental change.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Access.
- High level of accuracy and focus on detail.
- Strong organizational abilities, time management, and capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in data entry and customer service within a call center setting.

Compensation & Benefits

Final pay is determined by experience, education, and location.
