Responsibilities
- Greet customers both over the phone and in person with professionalism
- Accurately input and process customer orders
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
- Encourage additional purchases through suggestive selling
- Handle cash and complete transactions for in-store food pickups
- Prepare various menu items including pizzas and sandwiches
- Follow hygiene protocols and maintain food safety standards
- Keep the facility clean, sanitized, and fully operational
- Carry out assigned special tasks or projects as needed
