Gainsight is hiring a Customer Success Manager (English Speaking)

About the Role

Drive customer outcomes for global clients by leading onboarding, integration, and education initiatives that ensure lasting success. In this role, you’ll partner closely with organizations to configure systems effectively, align on measurable goals, and deliver tailored guidance based on business objectives and use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new and existing customers through implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and ongoing value realization
  • Design and document system configurations that reflect best practices and client-specific needs
  • Define success criteria with clients and track progress toward desired outcomes
  • Identify risks early and communicate status updates across internal teams using collaboration tools
  • Share insights to improve implementation processes by capturing customer stories and effective strategies
  • Work hand-in-hand with post-sales and cross-functional teams across regions to support client goals
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date task tracking visible to stakeholders and leadership
  • Lead client conversations using consultative techniques to challenge assumptions and uncover opportunities

What You Bring

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • At least three years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Four or more years in consulting, professional services, or customer success roles
  • Proven ability to work across teams and client organizations to achieve shared results
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
