About the Role

The role involves building strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the product lifecycle, and acting as their trusted advisor to maximize product value and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients in German-speaking regions
  • Onboard new customers and ensure smooth adoption of the platform
  • Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product and development departments
  • Support renewal processes and identify expansion opportunities
  • Deliver regular success reviews and strategic check-ins
  • Educate clients on best practices and advanced features
  • Track key success metrics and report on customer outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with sales during pre-contract stages for seamless handover
  • Address customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Contribute to the creation of customer-facing resources
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry trends
  • Support the development of customer success playbooks
  • Participate in client training sessions and webinars
  • Escalate technical issues to the appropriate teams when needed
  • Ensure clients achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Promote customer advocacy and reference opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally to improve customer experience
  • Identify risks to retention and implement mitigation strategies
  • Support the implementation of customer success technology tools
  • Help refine processes based on customer insights
  • Maintain cultural sensitivity in all client interactions
  • Drive customer engagement through consistent communication
