Responsibilities
- Act as the main strategic advisor to enterprise clients, guiding discussions on value achievement and defining long-term success objectives.
- Develop deep, multi-level relationships with client stakeholders through regular communication and in-person strategic meetings.
- Promote platform adoption by evaluating customer usage patterns, spotting risks and opportunities, and helping clients leverage self-service features effectively.
- Conduct regular business reviews, success planning sessions, and roadmap discussions tied to client marketing and business goals.
- Work with Implementation and Services teams to ensure smooth onboarding and broad adoption across client organizations.
- Coordinate with Product Support to escalate technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Engage the Strategic Insights Team to provide tailored data analysis when client needs exceed standard platform functionality.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to create shared account plans identifying goals, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Advocate for clients internally by sharing feedback and trends to influence product development and improve user experience.
- Keep detailed account records including success strategies, meeting summaries, risk indicators, and adoption metrics for proactive management.
