The Global Talent Co. is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (French-Speaking)

About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated French-speaking professional to support a growing European beverage brand by guiding customers through every stage of their experience. In this fully remote role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, resolving inquiries with empathy and clarity across email and social channels including Instagram, TikTok, and Discord.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer messages in fluent, natural-sounding French, ensuring each interaction reflects authenticity and care.
  • Oversee order lifecycle tasks such as processing, tracking shipments, and managing returns using Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Engage proactively with the brand’s community to foster trust, repeat engagement, and long-term loyalty.
  • Adapt to shifting workloads, especially during product launches and promotional periods, while maintaining fast response times.
  • Help uphold strong customer satisfaction metrics through consistent, professional communication.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native or near-native proficiency in French, with polished writing skills.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or community engagement, preferably within direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments.
  • Flexibility to work 30–40 hours weekly, including availability for later shifts to align with customer demand.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first startup culture.
