About the Role

mrge is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team. You will be instrumental in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance customer outcomes. As part of a growth-orientated international corporate group, you'll help refine key data models, develop impactful analyses, and embed a data-driven culture.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to monitor, maintain, and optimize business metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver clear, concise reports and dashboards that support strategic planning and performance tracking.
  • Support the development of forecasting, optimization, and predictive models to inform product and business decisions.
  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions through close stakeholder collaboration.
  • Provide strategic insights based on emerging trends and in-depth data analysis.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our data processes, tooling, and culture as we scale.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Strong experience with OLAP databases such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or ClickHouse.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong foundation in either linear optimization techniques or machine learning for predictive analytics.
  • Proven ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and an intuitive understanding of how systems behave in the real world.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with data engineering concepts and workflows is a plus.
