As a Data Analyst, you'll play a central role in shaping data-driven decisions that support the growth and impact of a national education initiative. What You’ll Do
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform product, operational, and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders of all technical levels to define key questions, conduct analyses, and deliver findings in accessible ways.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track performance, highlight trends, and support leadership evaluation.
- Develop reusable analytical frameworks to reduce repetitive requests and increase self-service capabilities across teams.
- Work closely with engineers and analysts to refine data pipelines, improve schema design, and strengthen data integrity.
- Establish data governance practices to ensure consistency, accuracy, and trust in reporting outputs.
- Proactively identify data quality issues and implement automated checks to detect anomalies early.
- Refine metric definitions and visualizations to reduce confusion and improve adoption of analytics tools.

Technology Environment
You’ll work with SQL, Python, R, relational databases, data pipelines, visualization platforms, and modeling tools to build scalable, maintainable analytics solutions.
Work Environment
