Role Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy by transforming raw data into meaningful insights. Based in Manila, you'll work closely with talent acquisition and candidate experience teams to assess performance, track engagement, and improve hiring outcomes through data-driven analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and interpret data from sources such as Google Analytics, applicant tracking systems, candidate feedback platforms, and digital advertising tools.
- Develop and manage interactive dashboards that monitor campaign performance, website interactions, and applicant conversion metrics.
- Analyze core recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate satisfaction, and quality of hire to guide strategic improvements.
- Partner with leadership to uncover trends, evaluate A/B testing results, and recommend adjustments to recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct funnel analysis for landing pages and digital initiatives to assess conversion efficiency and user behavior.
- Support attribution modeling to understand the impact of different platforms and channels on applicant volume and quality.
- Deliver regular reporting for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, highlighting performance insights and opportunities.
- Perform ongoing campaign audits to ensure alignment with hiring goals and optimal return on investment.
- Monitor spending across roles, regions, and service categories, identifying underperforming campaigns for refinement.
- Flag roles with no applicants or low engagement for creative or strategic review.
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to enhance campaign structures and candidate engagement strategies.
- Evaluate SmartSourcing usage patterns across teams and recommend training or process improvements.
- Support the rollout and measurement of new recruitment initiatives and help define standardized processes for consistent execution.
- Identify success patterns across service lines, geographies, and campaign approaches to inform future strategies.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in data or business analytics roles.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Hands-on experience analyzing recruitment data from Indeed, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Jobvite, and Google Ads.
- Solid grasp of recruitment pipelines, hiring funnels, and performance metrics.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Jobvite and digital campaign management tools.
- Experience using SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data analysis.
- Background in healthcare, talent acquisition, or mission-oriented organizations.

Work Model
