Responsibilities
- Work closely with operational teams across Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Engagement to understand and define analytical requirements.
- Develop clear visualizations, analyses, and dashboards using claims, pharmacy, FHIR, Elevate, and internal data sources.
- Create customer-facing summaries that demonstrate program impact, support joint operating committee materials, and monitor progress toward service level agreements.
- Support data model development by designing documented data transformations and collaborating with analytics engineers to maintain alignment with reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity by monitoring quality across dashboards and reporting systems.
- Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues affecting downstream reports.
