Join a forward-thinking organization as a Data Analyst, working fully remotely to deliver data-driven solutions that enhance business performance. In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to guide strategic decisions across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage data collection systems that ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in reporting
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards in DOMO to monitor key performance metrics
- Generate recurring reports and conduct deep-dive analyses to support cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-backed improvements
- Train team members on data tools and best practices for self-service analytics
- Ensure secure handling and governance of sensitive personnel and business data across global systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial reporting
- At least two years of hands-on experience with DOMO, including MajorDOMO certification
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with Salesforce.com data structures
- Proven track record in automating workflows and improving data processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to completion
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Must own and be comfortable working on a Mac, with fluency in macOS and iWork applications
