Role Overview
This is a fully remote position on the Operations Analytics team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping strategic business decisions through advanced data analysis and modeling. You'll focus on improving operational efficiency, particularly within supply chain systems, by turning complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply data analytics and operations research methods to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements in business processes.
- Analyze large-scale datasets using statistical approaches to identify trends and generate meaningful conclusions.
- Design and deploy models that support leadership decisions based on defined business needs.
- Define relevant KPIs and build reports and dashboards to track performance across operations.
- Solve complex business problems independently and present data-backed recommendations with confidence.
- Support and guide junior analysts, helping them grow technically and professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R.
- Background in applied statistics with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience navigating ambiguous situations, setting priorities, and delivering results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Minimum of two years in data analytics, with emphasis on operations research or modeling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
- Understanding of supply chain fundamentals.
Technical Environment
You’ll work primarily with SQL, Python, and R to analyze data and build models that drive operational decisions.
