Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the analytics strategy while managing the analytics team
- Guide team members through mentorship and define best practices for engineering excellence
- Influence the expansion of analytics capabilities beyond current tools and systems
- Proactively uncover gaps in data analysis and areas with potential for business growth
- Convert intricate data insights into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop robust, automated systems for data processing and transformation
- Work closely with data science, data engineering, and backend development teams to align on infrastructure and data quality
- Create interactive dashboards using business intelligence tools to provide company-wide access to real-time revenue metrics, campaign activity, and infrastructure spending
- Construct organized data layers using SQL, Python, dbt, and Airflow to manage large-scale data environments
