United States of America Remote (Global) Employment

rater8 is hiring a Data & Automation Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Act as a validation point for team analyses by rigorously evaluating findings, identifying weaknesses, and ensuring only reliable insights inform decisions.
  • Analyze large-scale data to detect market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics that shape strategic direction for the data division.
  • Independently explore proprietary data to discover original, evidence-based insights and convert them into publishable research and thought leadership materials.
  • Review and verify analytical deliverables before release, including AI-generated reports, to confirm data integrity and methodological soundness.
  • Enhance database documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and cross-team usability of data assets.
  • Develop and manage an automated outreach system using AI-driven personalization, where data signals like visibility scores and sentiment inform campaign targeting.
  • Integrate AI APIs such as GPT and Azure OpenAI into marketing platforms to expand the scale and precision of outreach and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing to transform analytical findings into compelling content for CTAs and landing pages, working with developers to optimize performance.
  • Support non-analytical departments in designing and implementing automation solutions for business processes, possibly beyond core data systems.
  • Participate in testing new tools and systems to ensure they satisfy both operational needs and technical standards across departments.
  • Deliver continuous technical support and update documentation as projects and systems evolve.
  • Train and empower teams to create and manage their own automated workflows, promoting independence over dependency.
  • Lead data projects from concept through testing to deployment, ensuring each delivers measurable business value.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders to uncover opportunities, define requirements, and communicate results and technical details.
  • Support project management by monitoring progress, risks, and outcomes to ensure initiatives deliver tangible impact.
  • Coordinate timelines for strategic content like reports and whitepapers, aligning analysts, writers, and marketers to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Examine and model business processes and information flows to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Create visual representations of workflows, including current and future states, especially those enhanced by AI or automation.
  • Design and implement sustainable, scalable process improvements that demonstrably reduce inefficiencies.
  • Maintain detailed records of technical systems, including process diagrams and data flow documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as needed
