  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to align data solutions with business goals
  • Enforce data governance, security protocols, and compliance standards for sensitive health information
  • Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, information systems, or a related quantitative field
  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in data engineering with a focus on AWS cloud platforms
  • Proven expertise in Python, SQL, stored procedures, and building cloud-native data pipelines
  • Direct experience working with healthcare data, particularly claims data (medical and pharmacy)
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and transactional systems in AWS environments
  • Ability to lead technical initiatives and work independently in a fast-paced, evolving landscape
  • Commitment to data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance in healthcare contexts
