Colsubsidio | Caja Colombiana de Subsidio Familiar is hiring a Data Experience Analyst to drive the alignment of our strategy and culture with a client-centric focus. You will define and develop initiatives and interventions to transform the customer experience by leveraging data insights.
What You'll Do
- Generate and analyze dashboards, reports, and insights based on business needs.
- Identify results from performance indicator monitoring through control dashboard updates to ensure timely decision-making.
- Track critical business indicators and generate insights.
- Correlate data with results from reports, dashboards, and analyses, adding value to information and creating alerts related to evaluated metrics.
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Engineering Sciences, Social and Human Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related areas.
- Proficiency in visualization tools, database modeling, and the development of reports, management indicators, and predictive analysis.
