Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to establish key performance indicators, assess results, and measure business impact.
- Develop and manage data pipelines, models, dashboards, and analytical frameworks that inform product, operational, and strategic choices.
- Perform in-depth analysis of product usage, customer interaction, business outcomes, and process efficiency.
- Help shape analytics standards, reusable data assets, and consistent organization-wide measurement definitions.
- Act on input from internal partners by iterating rapidly and prioritizing high-impact solutions.
