What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to guide the development of AI-based enterprise solutions
- Develop measurement frameworks to assess the effectiveness of AI agents and automated workflows
- Analyze patterns in enterprise usage to uncover opportunities for improving product value and user experience
- Measure adoption, retention, and business outcomes to inform strategic priorities
- Design and evaluate experiments that enhance AI system performance and user productivity
- Explore how AI coworkers integrate into real-world operations and influence organizational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in product analytics or data science, particularly in fast-moving, early-stage environments
- A deep interest in how AI changes work, with the ability to translate behavioral data into product insights
- Strong analytical capabilities in experimentation, metrics design, and user behavior analysis
- A builder’s mindset—someone who actively shapes products, not just interprets data
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or developer-facing tools is a plus
- Background in AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agent architectures is highly valued
- Systems-level thinking to understand how complex tools function at scale
