About the Role
You will solve complex health challenges using rigorous analysis, innovative thinking, and AI-powered workflows while collaborating across teams and engaging directly with clients to deliver meaningful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple health client projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely delivery through effective workload and priority management
- Develop statistical and machine learning models to solve key health challenges, including patient risk prediction, health behavior modeling, and intervention evaluation
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows, progressing from assisted analysis to advanced autonomous applications over time
- Critically assess outputs generated by AI systems, determining when to accept, adjust, or override them based on context and accuracy
- Process and interpret large, complex health datasets to identify significant trends and generate actionable insights
- Design intuitive, visually effective dashboards and reports that convey findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Interact directly with client representatives, proactively addressing needs, gathering required information, and fostering trusted relationships
- Guide and support junior team members and graduates within project teams to enhance collective performance and knowledge sharing
- Assist in business development efforts, including contributing to proposals and supporting growth initiatives with existing clients

As a Data Scientist, you will work in cross-functional teams with senior data scientists, consultants, and stakeholders, applying advanced modeling and AI-native methods to deliver impactful health insights across multiple concurrent projects.
