Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the strategic development of applied Generative AI research programs
- Define model architectures, training methodologies, and scalable deployment strategies aligned with enterprise goals
- Establish technical standards, evaluation frameworks, and best practices adopted company-wide
- Mentor data science professionals and promote a culture of technical excellence and collaboration
- Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate GenAI capabilities across business units
- Develop accessible processes and training materials to democratize AI use across teams
- Represent technical innovation through publications, presentations, and industry engagement
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience building and deploying production-level machine learning systems
- Proven leadership in large-scale LLM training, optimization, and deployment
- Strong command of Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in GPU acceleration and performance tuning
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive decision-makers
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems at scale

- Patents or significant contributions to AI intellectual property
- Publications in top-tier AI research venues
