As a Data Scientist focused on Know Your Business (KYB) automation, you will lead the design and deployment of an AI chatbot that streamlines business identity verification. Your work will directly impact customer onboarding efficiency by reducing friction and improving conversion through intelligent automation.
What You'll Do
- Design, train, and deploy AI models for a conversational chatbot that verifies business identities with high accuracy.
- Translate recent advancements in AI and conversational systems into functional prototypes at speed.
- Work hand-in-hand with engineers and product specialists to evolve prototypes into reliable, production-grade services.
- Use data analytics and user feedback to continuously assess and enhance chatbot performance.
- Solve complex technical problems with a focus on measurable outcomes and long-term scalability.
- Present technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We're Looking For
You have hands-on experience building AI-driven chatbots or Agentic AI systems, particularly in customer-facing environments. Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential, along with a solid grasp of software engineering principles. You understand how conversational AI pipelines work, including workflow orchestration and integration with backend systems. Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset are critical.

- Experience evaluating AI agents and benchmarking performance systematically.
- Ability to diagnose chatbot failures and implement rapid, iterative fixes.
- Familiarity with fine-tuning large language models, prompt engineering, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Exposure to KYC/KYB processes or identity verification automation.
