Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, hands-on training sessions for dental professionals adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Provide real-time coaching based on direct observation, adjusting approach to align with team experience and practice objectives.
- Support timely submission of initial cases by addressing obstacles, emphasizing clinical importance, and building user confidence.
- Collaborate with dental clinicians and office leadership to establish consistent scanning practices and support early implementation.
- Track performance metrics during the first month post-training and identify opportunities for targeted follow-up coaching.
- Provide feedback from field experiences to shape scalable training materials and improve onboarding processes.
- Evaluate readiness in clinical procedures, team roles, and equipment setup to anticipate potential adoption challenges.
- Work with internal departments to ensure training materials, communication, and tools are prepared in advance.
- Adapt training methods according to practice size, operational complexity, and specific clinical goals.
