About the Role

The selected individual will serve as a key resource for dental practices, providing operational and clinical expertise to enhance service delivery, drive efficiency, and support quality improvement initiatives across client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert consultation to dental practices on operational best practices
  • Support implementation of clinical protocols and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize patient care workflows
  • Conduct on-site and virtual assessments of practice performance
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements in clinical settings
  • Assist in training clinical staff on updated procedures and technologies
  • Monitor adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines
  • Develop reports summarizing practice performance and recommendations
  • Facilitate communication between practice teams and support departments
  • Guide practices through transitions in software or equipment
  • Promote consistent application of quality assurance measures
  • Support data collection and analysis for performance tracking
  • Coordinate with vendors during equipment rollout or upgrades
  • Respond to practice inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dental industry trends and standards
