Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain client-facing hosted systems, resolving technical issues and managing application updates
- Test, refine, and maintain runbooks to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployment processes
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting and configuration tools
- Gain expertise in proprietary software installation and configuration procedures
- Work closely with project teams during client onboarding and system upgrade cycles
- Develop and follow structured project plans, schedules, and technical documentation
Qualifications
Candidates must have hands-on experience with enterprise-level Windows system administration and cloud-based environments using VMWare, Citrix, and Active Directory. Proficiency in automation tools such as Chef, Jenkins, and shell scripting is essential. Strong analytical abilities and a track record of solving complex technical challenges are required. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and thrives in fast-moving technical settings.
Experience with SS&C Advent APX, Moxy, or Geneva platforms is advantageous but not mandatory. The role requires clear communication across technical teams and client-facing groups, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes on schedule.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range for this role is $87,000 to $145,000 USD in New York and Colorado. Benefits include health and dental insurance, a 401k plan with company matching, and financial support for tuition and professional development.
