Role Overview
You will lead the deployment of advanced AI-powered simulation platforms for high-tech industries including Automotive, Energy, and Semiconductors. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical anchor between internal engineering teams and external clients, ensuring infrastructure solutions are deployed efficiently, securely, and with full observability across diverse environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand infrastructure needs, security policies, and deployment expectations
- Architect and execute deployment plans for Kubernetes clusters on AWS, Azure, and on-premise data centers
- Act as the main technical contact during implementation, guiding clients through setup and configuration
- Diagnose and resolve deployment challenges, identifying root causes across infrastructure and application layers
- Validate system performance and integration within client environments to ensure seamless operation
- Collect and relay client insights to influence product development and deployment workflows
- Refine deployment methodologies and mentor team members in adopting consistent, scalable practices
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience managing Kubernetes deployments across cloud and on-premise platforms
- Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm
- Solid understanding of networking, security protocols, and monitoring in containerized systems
- Proven ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled at translating complex infrastructure concepts into actionable insights
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a focus on client needs and system reliability
- Organized, independent, and capable of balancing multiple concurrent projects
Preferred Background
- Experience in customer success, solutions engineering, or highly regulated sectors such as defense or energy

Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the UK, Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, and the Middle East. The role offers full-time engagement with flexible contract options.
