Responsibilities
- Teach core design thinking, user experience design, and user interface design skills
- Help clients build strong wireframing, prototyping, and visual design abilities
- Guide clients on branding and applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals, AI graphics creation, AI product design, and user research & insights automation to their design work
- Offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance
- Provide interview prep, networking strategy, salary negotiation, and promotion strategy tailored to design roles
- Support clients pursuing freelancing opportunities with broader skill building
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in design (as a UX/UI designer, product designer, or industry professional)
- A strong portfolio and track record of shipping thoughtful design work
- A clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth
