Role Overview

This position supports the creative team in developing polished, brand-compliant designs within a high-velocity studio setting. The ideal candidate excels at translating concepts into precise visual executions and consistently delivers artwork that meets both client expectations and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute design deliverables using industry-standard tools, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand and legal requirements
  • Interpret creative direction and brand guidelines to produce technically sound artwork across print and digital formats
  • Apply knowledge of print processes, including separations, finishes, and compliance standards, to ensure production-ready files
  • Maintain clear communication with team members throughout all project phases to support seamless collaboration
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
  • Collaborate with internal partners to strengthen workflow efficiency and support shared business objectives
  • Adapt to evolving project needs and contribute to team success in a flexible, project-based work model

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years in a production-focused design role
  • Diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite—especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Experience with print production, including dielines, trim lines, and copy safety zones
  • Willingness to accept feedback and adapt to direction

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with a flexible schedule. Work hours may vary based on project demands and business needs. The position operates within a project-based staffing model, where availability and engagement may fluctuate week to week.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position ranges from $30 to $35 per hour.
