The Intermediate Adaptive Designer plays a key role in bringing creative concepts to life within a high-velocity studio setting. This position ensures that all visual deliverables meet brand standards, maintain consistency across markets, and align with technical and regulatory requirements. You will translate design direction into precise, production-ready artwork while managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Support agency goals by delivering accurate, high-quality artwork that meets brand and client specifications
- Interpret design concepts and brand guidelines into final visual executions using industry-standard tools
- Apply knowledge of print production, including dielines, separations, finishes, and compliance standards
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office or Keynote to produce and revise artwork
- Maintain clear communication with team members throughout project lifecycles
- Prioritize tasks effectively and proactively resolve challenges to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery
- Adapt to changing schedules and project demands with flexibility and resilience
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a design production or graphic arts role
- Diploma or degree in graphic design or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Keynote
- Solid understanding of print workflows, color separations, and packaging requirements
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Openness to feedback and direction, with a commitment to continuous improvement
