Shape and streamline the software delivery lifecycle by designing and managing robust continuous integration and deployment systems. In this role, you'll develop and maintain automated workflows that power development, testing, and release operations, ensuring reliable and repeatable software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine CI/CD pipelines used by engineering teams to integrate, test, and deploy code efficiently.
- Assemble final release artifacts and assist in deployment activities, supporting both internal teams and external customer rollouts.
- Develop and maintain internal tools that improve developer productivity and QA effectiveness.
- Collaborate with IT, support, and development teams to enhance performance and stability across environments.
- Document processes and mentor team members on build and release best practices.
- Engage in agile rituals as part of a cross-functional Scrum team, contributing to planning, reviews, and process improvements.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in DevOps, build engineering, or a related technical role.
- Proven experience with CI tools such as Team City and Visual Studio, and version control systems like git or TFS.
- Hands-on expertise deploying applications to cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with deployment automation tools including Octopus.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using one or more languages.
- Development experience with C# and .NET frameworks.
- Working knowledge of Windows systems and networking fundamentals.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and support team goals.

Environment and Expectations
