Role Overview
As a Developer Support Engineer, you'll be the technical anchor for our customers, guiding them through intricate CI/CD workflows and resolving advanced integration issues. You’ll diagnose system behavior across platforms, analyze logs and network traffic, and deliver precise solutions that keep software pipelines running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in CI/CD environments across diverse architectures
- Configure and test JFrog and third-party tools in varied development setups
- Analyze JVM, OS, and application logs including thread dumps and HTTP traces
- Reproduce customer-reported scenarios and document findings for engineering teams
- Contribute to a growing repository of troubleshooting guides and known solutions
- Collaborate with R&D, QA, and Release teams to drive fixes and improvements
- Write and maintain automation scripts in Bash, Python, and Groovy for diagnostics
- Support critical cases during off-hours when required
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical support or engineering role with customer interaction
- Proven ability to manage high-severity, multi-layered technical escalations
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills
- Deep understanding of debugging methodologies for software systems
- Familiarity with Java or other compiled programming languages
Preferred:
- Experience with databases, LDAP, or web servers such as Apache or Tomcat
- Knowledge of networking concepts and reverse proxies like nginx or httpd
- Background in DevOps, CI/CD, or software delivery platforms
Technical Environment
Linux, Java, Bash, Python, Groovy, Apache HTTP Server, Apache Tomcat, nginx, httpd, LDAP, and relational databases.
Work Model
This role follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week in office and two days remote, supporting flexibility while maintaining team collaboration.

Compensation
Base salary range: $100,000 – $105,000. Additional compensation includes RSUs and eligibility for stock purchases.
